The total amount listed for each degree type includes educational fees, room and board, books and supplies, personal needs, and health insurance. Please note that health insurance is mandatory for all international students, and your admission to Missouri S&T is contingent upon your purchase of this mandatory insurance policy. For more information, see Health Insurance.

Note: For those not using personal funds, page 2 of the form must be completed and signed by your sponsor.
2. A notorized affidavit of support
Note: The affidavit must include your sponsor name, the length of time and amount of funding of his/her support for your academic program. Also include the relationship between the financial supporter and yourself (for example: uncle, brother, family friend).
