Study Abroad
American students wanting to study abroad have a variety of opportunities through the Missouri University of Science and Technology’s Office of International Affairs.
The international affairs office facilitates study abroad through the Student Exchange Program and Faculty Exchange Programs.
Other study abroad opportunities at Missouri S&T include the Missouri London Program, Missouri Greece Program, and the Middleburg Center for Transatlantic Studies.
In an effort to ensure the health, safety and security of its students and constituents, the University of Missouri reviews how, when and where students may study abroad and considers issues of terrorism, war, disease and other risks to travelers. Accordingly, the universities observe the following practice: if the U.S. Department of State issues a travel warning for a particular country, study abroad programs will be suspended or canceled for our students of any nationality in that site while the Warning is in effect. If a student or constituent chooses to study in one of these countries against the advice of the university, he/she will not be registered as a student and will not have access to university support, resources or facilities during that time.
The University of Missouri does not support study abroad programs to countries for which the U.S. Department of State have issued travel warnings.
